Parent Therapy

Need someone to talk to??!

Parenting can be challenging, but you don't need to figure it out on your own. Parent therapy provides a supportive environment to share your struggles, learn effective strategies and gain confidence. Together, we can build a stronger, more harmonious family life. 

We provide one to one specialist therapy to parents, addressing a wide range of parenting issues. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported through your parenting journey, while also taking care of your mental health. 

The first session is an assessment session where the therapist is gathering information and understanding your challenges. 

Sessions are usually 45-55minutes

All fees are discussed once you make an appointment.

Child behavioural challenges: Providing  appropriate boundary setting techniques and guiding strategies

Stress Management: Offering techniques to reduce mental load, relieve stress and prevent parent burn out.

Emotional support: Non-judgmental, non-bias professional to speak with and a collaborative approach to overcoming challenges.

Parent / child conflict: Enhancing the quality of the relationship and improving bonding with your child.


Effective communication: Helping develop skills to communicate needs to partner and children.

Anxiety support: Exploring strategies to manage and reduce parental anxiety and it's impact on family life. 

Emotional Regulation skills: Developing strategies to identify triggers and regulate your emotions.
